Paradigm Title Agency & Settlement, LLC was formed on June 18, 2004 for the sole purpose of providing title insurance for prospective purchasers and lenders of in connection with the purchase and refinancing of residential and commercial real estate.  The primary focus of Paradigm is to provide title insurance for real estate located within the five (5) boroughs of New York City and its surrounding counties including Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester, Rockland and Putnam counties.  

Paradigm’s creation is a truly unique phenomenon in the New York region.  Unlike the rest of the country, New York title and settlement companies are typically separate entities.  Accordingly, Paradigm will lead the way in the New York market to strategically combine these two services.  Lenders and consumers have become frustrated with the increased time and cost associated with redundant vendors.  By bringing many years of top quality representation of lenders in the settlement arena, Paradigm has been able to provide these combined services focusing on institutional lender-based referral sources.  In this manner Paradigm is able to provide the faster, more tactically integrated and discounted bundled services to distinguish itself in this fast changing industry shift. 

Paradigm was formed by the Christopher J. Gulotta, Esq. duly admitted to practice before the State of New York with numerous years of experience in the area of residential and commercial real estate.
